Celebrating Better Hearing and Speech Month by reading Brown Bear with a speech-generating device. Through a combined approach of AAC and natural language acquisition, my client is learning to express himself more clearly. He has so much he wants to say, but has difficulty using his mouth to speak. AAC helps him get the words out so he can read his favorite book aloud.
